1) Property located in the City of Maysville, Mason County, Kentucky, and being known as 420 Wood Street in such city and being more particularly described as:  That certain parcel of land, being Lot No. 102 on the plat of Culbertson, Mason County, Kentucky; said lot being 32 feet wide and 114 feet deep, together will all the privileges and improvements thereon.  Being the same property conveyed to City of Maysville, Kentucky, and Kentucky city, by deed of Leonard E. Childers, single, and Joellen Childers, single, dated May 6, 2022 and recorded in Mason County Deed Book 384, page 566.
