The Housing Authority of Maysville currently owns and manages 260 studio, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom townhouse apartments in safe, secure neighborhoods throughout the east end of Maysville. These neighborhoods feature convenient access to public transportation, local attractions, and neighborhood businesses.
The Housing Authority is overseen by a five member board. It’s members serve 4-year terms, and may be reappointed by approval of the City Board of Commissioners. Current Housing Commission members include:

- Melissa Brooks
- Maysville Mayor, Ex-Officio
